The school supports pupils from 11-19years with a variety of needs, including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and challenging behaviours. The role is full-time to start ASAP. Key responsibilities:Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet the unique needs of students.Providing targeted support for students with Specific Learning Disabilities and managing challenging behaviours effectively.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including support staff and therapists, to create a holistic and inclusive learning environment.Implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles. Requirements:To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Proven experience and comfortability working with students with complex needs including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and managing challenging behaviours.Proven experience working in a special schoolA passion for inclusive education and a commitment
