Reporting to the Director, Project Management, this individual will be responsible for managing the development domestic infrastructure for Trulieve product lines in the US. They will be the driving force for converting the company’s strategic goals into action, working across the organization to deliver results. The role will include routine communications with senior leadership and be highly visible. A successful candidate will be solutions-oriented, with a bias for action and a tenacious approach to problem solving.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from the concept stage until completionManage contractorsWill lead new construction and upgrade projectsDevelop list of punch out items for contractorsLead project meetings and provide updates to all stakeholdersManage end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue escalation and change management for product lines in USLead cross-functional teams encompassing infrastructure/facilities, business capabilities and product developmentFacilitate interdepartmental collaboration, serving as liaison between the Project Team, functional managers and corporate leadershipEngage external contractors and service providers, developing integrated plans and risk management strategiesOrganize project risk identification, consulting subject matter experts for accurate assessment.
