16024Remote Work Available: NoJob Title: Facilities Project ManagerReports to: Director of MaintenanceFSLA Status: ExemptPosition SummaryWe are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Project Manager. Reporting to the Director, Project Management, this individual will be responsible for managing the development domestic infrastructure for Trulieve product lines in the US. They will be the driving force for converting the company’s strategic goals into action, working across the organization to deliver results. The role will include routine communications with senior leadership and be highly visible. A successful candidate will be solutions-oriented, with a bias for action and a tenacious approach to problem solving.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from the concept stage until completionManage contractorsWill lead new construction and upgrade projectsDevelop list of punch out items for contractorsLead project meetings and provide updates to all stakeholdersManage end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue escalation and change management for product lines in USLead cross-functional teams encompassing infrastructure/facilities, business capabilities and product developmentFacilitate interdepartmental collaboration, serving as liaison between the Project Team, functional managers and corporate leadershipEngage external contractors and service providers, developing integrated plans and risk management strategiesOrganize project risk identification, consulting subject matter experts for accurate assessment. Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate to senior leadership when requiredProvide routine status updates and coordinating information to the managerImplement and supervise project governance practices established by the Project TeamDevelop functional specs, machine lists and detailed product list for everything in the facilities.Prepare, maintain and monitor the master project schedule and budget. Resolve issues and escalate roadblocks for prompt resolution. Master project schedule to include construction, staffing, training and ramp-up of facility.Lead project meetings and provide updates to all stakeholdersHelp coordinate to ensure full compliance with Quality Assurance processes and CGMP/FDA regulations.Manage end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue escalation and change management for product lines in USLead cross-functional teams encompassing infrastructure/facilities, business capabilities and product developmentFacilitate interdepartmental collaboration, serving as liaison between the Project Team, functional managers and corporate leadershipEngage external contractors and service providers, developing integrated plans and risk management strategiesOrganize project risk identification, consulting subject matter experts for accurate assessment.
