Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, this position will lead the financial planning cycle, oversee budgeting and reforecasting processes, and deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership and governance committees.Acting as a trusted business partner across the organisation, the FPandA Manager will develop robust financial models, ensure strong financial controls, and support organisational compliance with regulatory and charity-specific requirements. This role also includes line management responsibility for a Finance Analyst and close collaboration with colleagues across finance, operations, and programme areas.This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-think
