A privately owned M&E & FM contractor specialising in office fitouts, refurbishments, and remedial works within the central London area, has a key requirement for an experienced site-based PM to oversee the electrical phase of various projects ranging in value from -50k to -1million.
The delivery ranges from packaged out to subcontractors, in-house electricians, and mechanical engineers to sub-contract labour.

• The Electrical biased project manager will be London based, in commuting distance to WT1, central London.
• Electrical biased project manager will be overseeing projects from design through to handover
• Electrical biased project manager will be experienced managing direct and sub-contract delivery
• Electrical biased project manager will be electrical qualified and have SMSTS or SSSTS JIB card
• On-going contract bases -350 - -450 per day negotiable on qualifications and experience.

This is a hands-on position, being involved with the delivery, dealing with design issues, delivery issues, programme issues, the client, subcontractors, and direct labour.
