Design Lead , you will play a critical role in leading and shaping the design vision for our platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences across the board. You’ll lead a talented team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion user-centered design principles. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where designers can thrive and grow.User Experience Excellence:Champion exceptional user experiences across all stages of product development. Ensure that every touchpoint—from initial user journeys to complex workflows—is intuitive, efficient, and delightful for users.Ownership of Platform Design:Take full ownership of the design of the

platform. Oversee the design process from the initial application journey to more complex workflows, ensuring consistency and quality at every stage.API Documentation Improvement:Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to enhance and maintain clear, usable, and consistent API documentation. Ensure that documentation is accessible and well-organized for both internal teams and external users.Brand and Marketing Collaboration:Partner with the Marketing team to design visually compelling assets that support brand storytelling, campaigns, product launches, and events. Help translate brand vision into visually engaging designs.Design Best Practices and Processes:Establish, maintain, and enforce design best practices, processes, and standards across the team. Ensure scalability and sustainability of the design systems and workflows.Culture of Feedback:Promote a culture of feedback within the design team and across the organization. Encourage constructive critique and continuous improvement, helping the team push the boundaries of their creative and technical skills.Experience:5+ years of experience in design leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing product design, UX, and graphic design expertise.Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of designers.Solid experience designing and delivering fintech products or complex platforms, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and modern design methodologies.Experience in API documentation and technical communication is a plus.Passionate about building scalable design practices and fostering a strong design culture.Why Join them?Impact:
