Your new role Cash Management: Maintain daily cashbooks, post banking transactions, and reconcile income bank accounts.Rent Accounting: Apply payments and charges to tenant accounts, including payroll deductions and Universal Credit arrears.Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve missing payment issues with internal and external stakeholders.Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices, monitor outstanding debts, and respond to billing queries.Reporting: Prepare regular accounts receivable reports for management.Balance Sheet Accuracy: Reconcile ledgers and support month-end income closing activities.Bank Reconciliation: Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of banking transactions.Team Support: Provide cover for the Finance Officer - Income and manage a shared mailbox.Compliance: Adhere to data protection and internal financial policies.Collaboration and Values: Promote teamwork and uphold organisational values through all duties.What you''ll need to succeed- At least 3 years in Accounts Receivable o
