If you have a passion for leadership and seeing your work translated into real world applications, this is the job for you.What You''ll Be DoingThe roles primary focus will be on researching new and maintaining current formulations, overseeing the supply of raw materials and maintaining quality as they come in and collaborating with materials suppliers to find alternative raw materials. You will also be expected to provide support and technical advice to both the production and quality control teams.What You''ll BringEssential Educated to a BSc or higher in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a relevant field. Previous experience working in a formulations RandD laboratory with Mortars, Renders, Concrete, Aggregates or othercementitious materials. Strong technical ability and an understanding of how to interpret and present complex data.
