Accounts Payable Administrator

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a successful business based in Worcester on a full time basis for a 3- 6 month contract!The Accounts Payable Administrator will be working in a small team, responsible for Liaising with purchasing department for resolution of queries, setting up of vendors, and proforma payment requests, processing of purchase ledger invoices and many more responsibilities listed below.Key ResponsibilitiesLogging/communication/resolution of purchase ledger and supplier queries and requests for paymentSupplier account reconciliationsExpense report processing, payment, and posting/recordingAd hoc reportsSupplier reviews, including checking bank details, and credit checksKey experience/skills required: Happy to consider a experienced purchase ledger administrator, or an individual who is looking for a career in financeMicrosoft excel skills essential Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent time management, ability to prioritise, hit deadlines and possess good organisational skillsAnalytical, methodical, driven and motivated with a good problem-solving skills and a great work ethicMicrosoft Excel: 1 years minimumAt Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
