The Role: You ll manage your own caseload of residential property files (typically ), handling a broad range of transactions including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages, new builds, and shared ownership Help to Buy, Transfer of Equity, company purchases, and auction properties Signing off exchanges and reviewing title reports for colleagues You ll also provide support to junior fee earners, contribute to business development, and ensure compliance through regular file reviews.
