To join a team offering a comprehensive residential service for young people with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour aged between 10-18 years. Our aim being to ensure the physical, social, emotional care and development of the young people. Duties and responsibilities: To join a team of residential care staff ensuring that safe and appropriate care practices are always maintained. To support the Manager in all aspects of the home s operation, whilst maintaining positive childcare practice, in keeping with the aims and objectives of the home. To provide a safe, warm, and supportive environment to our residents whilst being involved in the planning and organisation of the home. To maintain a regular recording system in connection with each young person, be involved in the implementation of care plans and assist in the publication of reports when required.
