Supreme Recruitment are looking for Production Operative to join a small company creating bespoke batch produced products based in Witton (B6) This position will involve heavy lifting! As a Production Operative you must have: An enthusiastic approach to all tasks given Some experience in a manufacturing environment Recent work references Roles of a Production Operative include: Working as part of a small, highly skilled team Machine operating Use of handheld tools Quality Checking Willingly carrying out other associated ad-hoc duties Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times What we are looking for in a Production Operative: The Ability to pay close attention to detail Committed and reliable individual Hard working individual Problem solving, some physical strength and an ability to work well in a team are all important characteristics for the role. Working hours: Initially during Training, Mon to Fri, 7am-2:30pm, (35hrs/week) Once fully trained, hours can extend to 40hrs/week. Some flexibility available to the right candidate. Pay: £12.21ph to £12.50ph depending on experience.
