Aquilo recruitment are working in partnership with a market leading printing business who are looking for a New Business Sales Manager to join their growing team with an attractive basic, car allowance and commission, the right person needs to have a background in print and be happy to travel to Hull twice a week in the first few months to establish themselves withihn the team and company. RESPONSIBLE TO Chief Sales Officer Main Function: To develop profitable new business sales through the acquisition of new client accounts for the Group, led by proactive outreach techniques, including LinkedIn management, networking, targeted emails, and cold calling, plus follow-up to inbound leads. Key Performance Tasks: New Business Development Create and maintain prospect database. Develop opportunities within key vertical sectors. Grow, maintain and leveraging networks. Attend industry events to grow your network and remain informed about industry trends and customer needs. Follow up on warm inbound leads. Identify key decision makers within prospect accounts. Secure initial calls/meetings with prospective clients. Create persuasive presentations, taking into account the client s needs and objectives with the aim of converting prospects to customers. Form an integral part of the sales and marketing team to maximise personal and team performance. Be aware of market and competitor developments to help inform our ongoing approach.
