The Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for estimating and bid writing whilst supporting the team with their Business Development endeavors. compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This is a pivotal role which requires strong leadership to support the Operations Director deliver Experience in pricing MEP building services (alongside experienced teams and technical personnel) including but not limited to LV and HV infrastructure, lighting, small power, data networks, HVAC, LTHW and renewables (desirable). Proven track record of assisting with strategy development and implementation to drive growth Working with the Senior Management Team, develop and deliver a pre-construction strategy in line with business objectives with a special emphasis on quality, profitable new business Support the SMT with researching and developing new business opportunities which align across several of our business streams.
