The team is also recognised for delivering training and producing construction law materials for clients and industry groups.RESPONSIBILITIES Join a specialist construction team working alongside an experienced partner with expertise in non-contentious construction law, focusing on hotel, commercial property and infrastructure sectors. Handle all aspects of construction procurement, professional appointments, warranties, bonds, insurance and due diligence on complex transactions including development agreements, funding, sale and leaseback and forward funding arrangements. Gain exposure to prestigious, high-profile projects with national and regional reach. Draft, review and negotiate bespoke construction contracts and related documentation. Advise a broad rang
