Responsibilities include: Managing all day-to-day bookkeeping tasks: accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and accurate financial record keeping Preparing monthly and quarterly management reports to support business decisions Liaising with external accountants and supporting year-end processes Providing executive assistance to the Director, including diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and ad hoc research Assisting with general admin and operations projects as needed What You ll Need Proven bookkeeping experience and strong understanding of UK accounting practices Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organisation Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting tools Tech-savvy with solid skills in Google Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive information A self-starter attitude - you re someone who can manage your own workload and work independently Ideally, you will have experience in
