IT Systems Analyst - SharePoint, M365 Annual Salary: £50,000Location: Barbican, LondonJob Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our IT team, positioned between the head of IT and support teams. This role is crucial for overseeing Microsoft 365 services, leading SharePoint design and governance, and supporting collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in SharePoint, ready to drive transformation and maximise its potential within the organisation.Day-to-day of the role:Oversee Microsoft 365 services to ensure secure and efficient daily operations.Lead SharePoint design and governance, spearheading projects and supporting team collaboration.Introduce and manage new M365 features and ensure secure device management via Intune.Maintain IT documentation and support compliance with Cyber Essentials Plus and GDPR.Assist with data retention and GDPR compliance.Contribute to compliance audits and occasionally support the IT support team.Explore and potentially integrate AI tools like Co-pilot into our systems.Required Skills andamp; Qualifications:Proven expertise in SharePoint, with substantial experience in leading SharePoint projects.Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and device management via Intune.Knowledge of IT compliance and data protection regulations (Cyber Essentials Plus, GDPR).Ability to assist with IT support tasks as needed.Experience with or interest in AI tools
