An established client-side property company is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join its growing team in Leeds. This is a strategic role, with a remit that spans across both individual asset performance and wider portfolio management, helping to drive long-term value from a diverse commercial property estate. Reporting to the Head of Property, you''ll take ownership of asset-level strategy, lease events, tenant relationships, and value-add initiatives while also supporting portfolio-wide analysis, reporting, and optimisation. This is a hands-on, commercially focused position with the opportunity to make a direct impact on asset performance and portfolio returns.
