Job Description Specialists in providing engineered above ground drainage and water supply systems, Polypipe Building Services leverages offsite fabrication to design and deliver solutions to mechanical and public health engineers, MandE contractors as well as local authorities. Polypipe Building Services houses well-known industry brand Terrain and has been delivering systems to commercial, high rise residential, healthcare, education and leisure projects for over 50 years. Role: The Production Operator takes product from the injection moulding machines that are transported via conveyors and onto tables. The product is checked for quality and where required has either assembly activities or completed as a finished article. The products are then packed into appropriate bags and / or boxes that are individually labelled and placed onto wooden pallets. The products are then booked onto the SAP system and moved to either working progress stores or finished goods stores. (Production data is found on Production Information sheets PIS). Responsibilities: Ensure production outputs are achieved on time and in full Ensure quality standards are achieved at all times Ensure product once inspected is placed into bags and / or boxes with relevant labels Ensure all relevant data is captured / collected and entered onto appropriate systems When product is booked onto system and the relevant forms / labels issued the product can be moved to either the working progress or finished goods st
