The business is scaling quickly. Demand is increasing across both UK retail and international markets, and the supply chain now needs a dedicated leader to bring structure, control, and commercial rigour to the operation. This is a hands-on role with real influence across the factory, commercial teams, and supplier base. You will own the end-to-end flow of materials and finished goods, ensuring the business maintains strong service levels while building the operational discipline required for continued growth.
