We are recruiting for a print finisher to join our client in Bradford on a full time permanent basis Responsibilities; Operate a B1 Print Finishing Machine. Apply Emboss and Foil impressions to various types of cardboard/paper sheets. Set up to 6 different foil positions at any one time. Use die cutting forms to die cut full sheets. Make ready multiple dies in any one pass. Follow out in house quality checks, documenting any issues and archiving samples. Work with the production team to lay up sheets while considering customer demand, machine positioning, waste and efficiencies. Monitor consumable stock levels. Use Melonex files to align dies in the exact required position. Follow production schedules. Use Low-Res imagery to countercheck all finished product. Set machine temperatures/weight to suit bespoke dies/board. You will be required to work morning and afternoons on a rotating pattern, weekly.
