Are you a Support Worker experienced within Mental Health? Do you have experience supporting women with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs? We are currently looking for confident and adaptable individuals to support our team of support workers and nurses. Roles and Responsibilities: Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our clients care Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical and welfare needs Report on medical and welfare needs as required Safeguard Maintain a safe, clean environment for all What can we offer you?
