Pay Rate: -22.55 per hour PAYE Umbrella + -550 per week on-call allowance

We are recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a well-established Social Housing Maintenance company operating across St Helens and Warrington. This is a long-term opportunity with a temp-to-perm offer for the right candidate.

The Role:
You will be working across two key areas of the service:

• Planned Works Team: Electrical works within the Bathroom & Kitchen Scheme

• Responsive Repairs Team: Day-to-day maintenance and emergency repairs (on-call available for this team)

Duties will include:

• Electrical maintenance, repairs, testing, and installation work

• Working on void and tenanted social housing properties

• Delivering work to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service

• Using a PDA system to manage and close jobs

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

• AM2 qualification

• Experience within social housing or a similar maintenance environment

• Ability to use PDA / handheld systems

• Clean shaven (required for face-fit compliance)

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 5 points

• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
