As a Production Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of our animation films by managing schedules, organizing resources, and maintaining efficient communication across departments. Creating and maintaining production schedules and tracking documentsOrganizing meetings, taking notes, and following up on action itemsCommunicating clearly and consistently across teams and stakeholdersMonitoring task progress and flagging risks proactivelySupporting production leads and artists to help meet creative and technical goalsManaging and updating production tools and databasesSupporting coordination between us and external studios or freelancersRequirements
