We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client, an established organisation within the energy and infrastructure sector. This is expected to last 2-months, based in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-of-house duties, including managing visitors and handling calls
- Providing administrative support to internal teams
- Coordinating meeting rooms, calendars, and office supplies
- Assisting with return-to-office activities following refurbishment
- Proven experience in a reception or administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Available to start on short notice
