We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client, an established organisation within the energy and infrastructure sector. This is expected to last 2-months, based in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-of-house duties, including managing visitors and handling calls
  • Providing administrative support to internal teams
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, calendars, and office supplies
  • Assisting with return-to-office activities following refurbishment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a reception or administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Available to start on short notice
The successful candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to manage competing tasks in a high-paced setting.
