Sitting within a dynamic MRO Sales environment in our aircraft maintenance organisation, this position reports directly to the Head of Sales (MRO). This role requires a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation, accurate cost estimation, and the ability to develop tailored proposals that meet diverse customer requirements. As an essential part of the sales and planning process, you will collaborate closely with internal departments, analyse market trends, and engage directly with clients to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Analyse and interpret aviation documentation, including Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs), and modification/design documentation. Prepare detailed cost estimates and deliver competitive, customer-focused proposals. Produce accurate quotes for maintenance services and parts. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure proposals and solutions are delivered accurately and on time.
