Sales Manager
Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a rapidly growing company near to Birmingham City Centre for an experienced Sales Manager. You will be leading an experienced sales team from the front with their sales activity and KPI s. We re looking for someone who can put sales processes and KPI s in place, whilst maintaining a positive team culture. You must be able to travel just outside of Birmingham City Centre 3 days per week and be flexible with travel. Responsibilities and day to day duties As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for: Coaching and supporting a team of account managers to consistently exceed revenue goals. Lead your team through the entire sales journey, from prospecting to successful client onboarding. Review key performance data and market insights to identify growth areas and address challenges. Create and implement a clear sales plan with accurate pipeline and performance forecasting. Building, developing, and retaining your team, ensuring alignment with people policies and best practice. Skills and experience required. Proven track record of delivering against sales targets and driving revenue growth. Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities. Skilled in building client relationships and negotiating at senior decision-maker level. Confident in creating and executing sales strategies, forecasts, and performance plans. Compete
