The School is situated in 35 acres of beautiful grounds in the centre of Abingdon, just south of Oxford.Healthcare Assistant The Role:We are seeking to appoint a caring and committed candidate to join our small and friendly team in providing a first class healthcare service to the School s pupils. This is a part-time post working 18 hours per week on a shift basis which includes weekends and overnight during term time only (34 weeks per year) to commence as soon as possible after 1 September 2025. This appointment will initially be on a six month, fixed term contract basis, though this appointment may be extended by mutual agreement.The School Health Centre is staffed between the hours of 7.45am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays (summer term 10.00am to 2.00pm) with an on-call service provision at all other times including Sundays and overnight. The Health Centre provides flexibility for staff interested in taking on more overnight or weekend shifts.
