Key Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of professional surveying services, including: Condition surveys and asset assessments Dilapidations and technical due diligence Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) reports Project running- inception through to completion Produce technical reports, schedules, and contract documentation Requirements MRICS qualified (or equivalent chartered status) Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience Strong technical knowledge and report writing ability Comfortable working independently and remotely Positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude Why Join?
