Management Accountant Permanent 35,000 - 45,000 Nottinghamshire, near Junction 24 Astute Recruitment are working with an ever-growing, well-established company based in Nottinghamshire. We are seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team and play a pivotal role in supporting a multi-site organisation. This is a permanent position, based on the outskirts of Nottingham, for someone with strong Management Accountant experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records and perform regular balance sheet reconciliations Support the daily responsibilities of the finance function Prepare ad-hoc analysis and account reviews Assist the Financial Controller with month-end and year-end procedures, including the annual audit Experience and Qualifications: Strong experience working as a Management Accountant Part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA Excellent technical accounting knowledge Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Committed to continuous growth and development within the company Excellent written and verbal communication skills
