Assistant Accountant Permanent - Full-Time up to -30,000

Astute Recruitment-is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing nationwide company-seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant-to join their finance-team. This is a permanent, full-time role-with excellent opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain reconciliations, allocations, and balance sheet accounts
• Support Accounts Payable, including accruals for operational expenses
• Assist with transactional bookkeeping-and daily accounting tasks
• Work across multiple sites using Sage Intacct-and company billing systems
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial-reporting
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
• Support growth initiatives, including integration of new acquisitions

Requirements:

• AAT Level 3 or 4-preferred
• Proven experience in full-function accounts
• Strong skills in reconciliations, allocations, and balance sheet management
• Confident with Accounts Payable-processes and accruals
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with multi-site financial systems-preferred
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Long-term commitment and willingness to grow with the business
