Class 1 HGV DriversWe are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work for our client based in Castle Donington. Our client are a well known high street brand that is able to offer pre booked shifts on afternoons and nights to Class 1 Drivers. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking work which will usually consist of trailer swaps between company depots, NDC''s and RDC''s. Shift Patterns / Working Hours:+ Start times available are between 1600 to 0000 and you will pick your preferred start time+ Working patterns - Tues to Sat / Sun to Thurs / Thurs to Mon / Fri to TuesThe successful Class 1 HGV Driver will:+ Have held their license for a minimum of 6 months+ Have valid CPC and Tacho cards+ Able to work the above shift patterns+ Have no more than 6 points for insurance purposes (No DD, DR, IN, TT)Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include:+ Trunking goods to other company sites, NDC''s or RDC''s+ Operate curtain or box trailers+ No contact with the loadYou will receive:+ Weeknights - 20.86 per hour+ Saturdays - 22.20 per hour+ Sunday - 22.20 per hour+ OT is paid after 43.75 hours weekly - 29.71 per hour Benefit of working with Pertemps:+ Weekly pay or monthly pay - you choose+ Pension+ Annual leave+ 24/7 support+ Mortgage referencesTo apply for the Class 1 HGV Driver opportunity, please submit and up to date CV or call us on (phone number removed) to discuss the opportunity with a consultant.
