Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable propertiesProactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our expansive databaseCross-selling between the other JOHNSandCO branches and our extensive New Homes offeringsWorking as a team to ensure the annual target is metConduct viewings and negotiate offersDelivering a very high level of customer service to all clientsWho We\''re Looking For

Proven experience in residential sales, with a demonstrable track record of successExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quicklyKnowledge of the
