We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our friendly and agile team and help shape customer solutions.Responsibilities

Present the Antavo solution to prospective clients and partners in the pre-sales phaseProvide technical consulting and support discussions from early to late stage prospects to understand their system context and data requirementsValidate customer architecture design and solution; recommend Antavo setup to support those designsDevelop customized presentations and demonstrations to prove the solution''s business valueLiaise with internal product and development teams to feed client requirements into the product development pipelineSet up personalised demos based on project requirementsAssist the client services team by helping establish project timelines in the pre-sales phaseQualifications

5 years of pre-sales experience selling complex, technical productsTechnical sales/support experience with SaaS software solutions and/or marketing technologiesAPI development/consulting experienceAbility to convey business and technical value of a SaaS productFamiliarity with RFI and RFP processesSelf-driven, high-energy, creative problem solver who can lead others to successExcellent communicator and presenter (to managers and C-level audiences, both business and technology)Ability to understand a client''s needs and guide them to a technical solutionFamiliarity with core programming and infrastructure principlesFamiliarity with current marketing automation and loyalty vendors landscape is a plusClient-facing experience in SaaS (e.g., consultant, project manager, or technical support)Thrives in a fast-paced, global environmentEager to design and present custom solutions and configure platforms on a SaaS UINice to have

Experience with enterprise-grade solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Adobe), retail technology (POS, PIM, EC)Familiarity with Antavo platform offeringMarketing SaaS experienceSoftware development experience in backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP) or frontend (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks)Experience building with REST APIsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architectureBenefits
