We are looking for an individual to join our ''Head of Departments'' team, leading our large team of ancillary staff, including housekeeping staff, laundry staff, and maintenance. We expect hotel style standards here at Midland and therefore require somebody that will continue to lead the way towards this level of service. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise your staff team ensuring adequate cover in the various departments Produce weekly rotas for the departments. Manage, supervise, and work alongside a team of ancillary staff and induct new members of the team. Ensure scheduled and general repairs, renovations, maintenance, refurbishments, and decoration requirements are actioned and completed. Conduct regular ''walk about'' inspections of the home to identify maintenance or improvement needs and address them promptly. Ensure all areas of your departments are fully stocked.
