You''ll be part of a team where hard work is recognised, and where there is a genuine opportunity to build your skills and progress your career.This is a fully office-based role, offering hands-on support and clear progression within a growing team.Responsibilities of the SME Account Handler:Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries, ensuring a high level of service.Handle documentation and quotations for additional products.Support Account Executives on larger or more complex cases.Build strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance at all times.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress cases efficiently.What we are looking for:Commercial insurance experience, or strong Personal Lines experience with a desire to step up.Exposure to products such as Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, DandO, Cyber, and packaged policies.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Good attention to detail and organisational ability.Confidence handling client enquiries across phone, email,
