Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants to work across mainstream schools, SEN schools, and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs). These roles are ideal for passionate, resilient individuals who are committed to supporting young people with social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour.The RoleAs a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and access to learning.
