Health and Safety Advisor

-50,000+ plus car allowance, mileage, pension and healthcare

We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to support a major multi-site construction account across the South East.

This role needs a proper site-based safety professional. Someone practical, credible and comfortable working with operational teams in live environments.

It is not a role for someone who wants to hide behind paperwork. You will need to be out on site, visible, confident with managers, and capable of influencing standards in the right way.

What they need

• Housebuilding experience is essential (H&S or Site Manager)
• Strong understanding of live site operations
• Confident working with site teams and senior managers
• Able to influence, challenge and support where needed
• Comfortable covering multiple sites across a regional patch
• Practical, engaging and commercially aware approach to health and safety

What the role involves

• Multi-site support across a live regional account
• Site visits, inspections and audits
• Supporting meetings and maintaining day-to-day site standards
• Working with managers and teams to improve culture and performance
• Providing practical support in a busy operational environment
