In this role you will be supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive compensation and benefits offering to ensure the client remains an employer of choice.You will work closely with the Reward and wider HR team to ensure the smooth running of all remuneration schemes including external bench-marking, analysis, plan design and calculation and processing of payments.You will be responsible for delivering and supporting a wide range of cyclical HR processes and will continually seek to improve the employee experience through customer service and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the design, review and communication of reward, bonus and compensation schemes, ensuring they align with business objectives and wider reward strategy.
