Many learners present with behaviours linked to anxiety, communication differences, and sensory sensitivities, requiring a calm, structured approach.The RoleProviding consistent 1:1 and small group support in both classroom and vocational learning environmentsUsing positive behaviour management techniques to promote engagement and self-controlSupporting students during transitions, breaks, and community-based learningAssisting with the development of social and life skills to prepare students for further education or employmentCollaborating closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral teams to ensure consistent support strategies are in placeIdeal RequirementsExperience working with students aged 16+ with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, or SEMH need
