Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Management Accountant who loves to work on their own initiative but also thrives as a team player / leader covering the role of management accountant, to provide robust financial analysis and accounting responsibility to deliver business insights through high quality data reporting, ensuring a varied, challenging and rewarding role. As Management Accountant key responsibilities will include: Preparing Monthly Management Accounts. Accruing revenue and sub-contractor costs. Preparing insightful monthly reporting packs for decision makers. Assisting with preparation of yearly budget and quarterly reforecasting. Attending monthly PandL reviews with key stakeholders. Invoicing. VAT and PAYE payments. Responsible for financial analysis, business insights and ad-hoc data reporting. Audit Co-ordination. Requirements to be a successful Management Accountant: AAT / Part or recently qualified CIMA / ACCA or equivalent. Must have strong financial analytical skills, KPI / audit experience. Must be IT savvy, with strong excel and reporting writing skills. Confident and articulate with great communication skills. Inquisitive and detail focused - happy to dig into information
