They are currently looking for a skilled Hybrid Business Analyst (Functional/Technical) with deep exposure to the investment funds domain.Job Responsibilities/Objectives This role requires a highly business-aligned individual who can bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, with a strong grasp of fund structures, lifecycles, and associated processes.Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements (both functional and technical)Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications for delivery teamsProduce high-quality documentation, including:o Business requirements documents (BRDs)o Functional specificationso User stories and acceptance criteriaCreate process maps, swimlane diagrams, and wireframes to support solution design and communicationWork closely with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure requirements are well understood and delivered accuratelySupport end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation and testingAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutionsRequired Skills/Exper
