Salesforce Administrator
On behalf of Crown Commercial Services, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month Hybrid contract based 2 days per week in either Liverpool, Birmingham or the Newport office. Crown Commercial Services (CCS) is the largest public procurement organisation in the UK. As a trading fund and executive agency of the Cabinet Office, we implement procurement policy on behalf of the government. We are a close-knit CRM team responsible for a mission critical Salesforce platform used across the organisation. We''re hands on every day, balancing operational support with continuous improvement, and work closely with product, engineering, test, data and service teams. Your contribution will deliver clear, organisation wide impact. As a Salesforce Administrator your responsibilities will be. Own all Salesforce administration across production and test environments.. Act as deployment manager for all releases and changes.. Plan and run releases using Gearset.. Attend daily sprint calls and backlog refinement sessions, when needed.. Maintain data quality and deduplicate records using PLauti.. Configure fields, automations, page layouts, and permissions.. Monitor security, access, backups, and compliance needs.. Provide daily support and resolve issues for colleagues.. Work with teams to gather needs and improve processes..
