Marina and Boatyard Operative South Devon I m working with a well-established and growing marina on the River Dart, and we re looking for an enthusiastic Marina and Boatyard Operative to join their friendly, hands-on team. If you enjoy variety, love being outdoors, and have a passion for the marine world, this is a brilliant opportunity. This is a multi-skilled role covering boatyard operations, dry stack work, pontoon duties and general marina upkeep. You ll also spend time in the marina office supporting customers, so confidence and a warm approach are key. Experience with boats or operating plant would be a real bonus, but it s not essential full training is available, and the team is genuinely invested in helping you develop and grow your skills. What they re looking for: Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude Flexibility to work across both marina and boatyard tasks Willingness to learn new systems and use computer-based tools A proactive, team-focused approach This role is outdoors and operates on a rota covering seven days a week, including some weekends and bank holidays.
