TeamJobs are urgently hiring a Production Operative to lead a small team of operators for our busy manufacturing client in Poole!

Evening shift: Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm

-15 per hour

• Operate production machinery and assemble products
• Perform manual tasks including moving goods and cleaning equipment
• Rewind, label, and package products
• Mix and blend raw materials
• Support machine setup and inspect product quality
• Organise goods in storage and dispatch areas
• Use materials and equipment efficiently
• Maintain product quality and complete production records
• Carry out basic equipment maintenance
• Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with extruders
• Forklift licence would be advantageous
