The position would suit an experienced practice professional who enjoys being client-facing, managing their own portfolio, while training juniors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients across accounts, VAT, and taxPrepare and review year-end accounts for a range of entitiesOversee personal and corporate tax complianceSupport VAT compliance and advise on VAT mattersAct as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationshipsReview work and provide guidance to junior team membersSupport training, mentoring, and development of staffAssist with workflow planning and internal process improvementsKey RequirementsACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or QBE considered)Minimum 5 years'' experience within a UK accountancy practiceStrong experience across accounts, VAT, and taxExperience reviewing work and supporting junior staffExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and client relationshipsExperience with cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)What''s on OfferHybrid workingCompetitive benefits packa
