Sales Executive

Sales Executive Location: Dover Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (22 days'' holiday plus Bank Holidays)We''re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to secure and develop new business across ocean, air, and road freight services. This role is all about prospecting, pitching, and closing deals, with full industry training and support provided. This is your opportunity to drive your sales career forward with a growing logistics business.The Role:Identify new leads and generate opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and meetings.Develop sales opportunities using the internal CRM.Negotiate with clients and suppliers to achieve competitive terms.Prepare and submit winning quotes, overcoming objections and converting to business.Manage tender enquiries for key accounts, ensuring strong communication across internal teams.Attend client meetings in person or online with clear objectives and results in mind.About You:Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.Skilled at building relationships and negotiating commercially.Confident generating new business and making outbound calls.Industry experience in freight is an advantage but not essential-service-sector sales backgrounds are welcomed.Outgoing, energetic, and commercially aware, with excellent time management and organisation skills.What''s on Offer:Competitive package with uncapped OTE.22 days'' holiday plus Bank Holidays.Company car provided for client meetings.Full training and ongoing
