– click here for more information on flexible working optionsAbout The OpportunityWe’re looking for passionate and collaborative Associate Enterprise Architects to help shape the future of our technology landscape. In this role, you’ll support the strategic direction of our architecture by contributing to roadmaps and patterns that guide our transformation journey. You’ll work closely with senior architects and stakeholders across the business to ensure our solutions align with both our architectural vision and business strategy.What You’ll Do

Support architectural strategy across platforms and products, aligned with tech and business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology decisions drive strategic outcomes.Assist in creating architectural documentation for governance and compliance.Contribute to agile delivery with architectural insight from concept to implementation.Research emerging technologies to inform design and foster innovation.Participate in governance and change initiatives to uphold architectural standards.Invest in your development and support a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.What We’ll Need

Architecture and TechnologyEnterprise Architecture experience with knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and exposure to modern technologies including:Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and hybrid hosting architecturesAPIs, microservices, and modular applicationsData strategies (data lifecycle, ETL, data modelling, governance)CybersecurityTechnology sustainabilityPayments, digital transformation, retail bankingCollaboration and CommunicationStrong communication and storytelling skillsAbility to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teamsContinuous ImprovementCommitment to continuous learning and staying current with tech trendsWillingness to drive process improvements and adopt best practicesAbout Working For Us
