Role:Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3 months.In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: Processing invoices on Workday FinancialsAccurately keying and coding supplier invoices into Workday Financials and matching against relevant purchase orders.Multi-currency reconciliations - EMEA and APACLiaising with both internal and external contacts to ensure invoices are processed effectively.Reconciling supplier accounts, resolving queries and processing corrections as required.Escalating queries within the finance team, where invoices are not processed in a timely mannerMonitoring the Accounts Payable inbox to ensure that all emails are actioned within 48 hours of receipt.Hold weekly Supplier Status and Query Meetings with internal contacts.Profile:The successful temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will have at least 2+ years experience working within a fast paced and high volume environment.You must be immediate to be considered for this role.
