Description

The interim Head of Finance is overseeing all financial and transactions operations across the Trust, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and assisting with strategic planning that supports outstanding educational outcomes. This role is an interim position to support the Trust in delivering it''s year end requirements whilst stabilising and managing the finance Team

Profile

A successful Interim Head of Finance should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in an Academy/ Multi-academy Trust (MAT)
• Proven knowledge of year end close for a Trust
• Team management experience
• Head of Finance/ Finance Director or CFO level experience.
• Local to Reading, Berkshire
