What We re Looking For: A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting. A genuine passion for supporting children s development and learning. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
